As I do every Monday, as long as the market is open, I DCA (Dollar Cost Average) into one of my holdings. On average I invest $250 per week, usually split among two or three stocks.
This week’s portfolio additions:
1 share of Google ( GOOG ) @ $115.8
1 share of J.P Morgan ( JPM ) @ 113.41
JPM currently has a 3.50% yield and that single share adds $4.00 in yearly dividend payment to my portfolio. JPM is significantly down from it’s high of $172 and at it’s current price point makes it hard to pass up.
Google recently had a stock split and it is a new position in my portfolio, I will be building up the position up to a certain price point.
